Hi mom Offer different varieties of food Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals khichadi cereals curd rice milk products Wash your hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
