Which food have to introduce my baby?

A. After the baby completes six months, you can start with dal or chawal ka pani. Then gradually move on to fruit purees like mashed banana, avacado, stemed apples and pears, and then some veg purees like steamed and mashed carrots, peas, beans etc., mashrd potato and sweet poatato can be given. Always follow tge two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
