Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. once baby complete 6 months enter 7th month we can start giving complimentary food e to the baby either commercially available cerelac nestum are homemade recipes to the baby in small quantity

U Can go for all kind of fruits and vegetables in terms of purée you just have to steam the vegetables fruits you do not have to steam at all porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetables of all kinds can be given like I said you can give Suji items and also you can give oats ragi Paneer cheese curd coconut water water buttermilk every day
