which fever medicine is good for kids aging between 2 to 3year old

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carriedr out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can give paracetamol syrup like calpol which would be safe but it is always good to check with your doctor and give the medicine as prescribed by your doctor which should be safe and absolutely nothing to worry about
