Q.

Which energy drink or supplement is gud for women’s health age above 30 plus ....to make her energy level high ???? Thnx in advance

A. Hello, include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid fatty foods, processed foods, fried foods, carbonated beverages, refined foods. Include nuts and dryfruits, 2 spoons mixture of seeds like pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds. Take 1 spoon sesame seeds ,ragi, spinach ( good source of calcium ). Take colourful capsicum, coconut water with one lemon, 5 to 6 boil finger size drumsticks everyday. These will help to increase your immunity power. Take multigrain, pulses and legumes, fish. Sleep well. And exercise regularly.
