ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. you can. go for electrical one which is more efficient. sterilization and proper cleaning is important. you can store breast milk at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours. refrigerator for upto 24 hours. warm it without direct flame before feeding. maintain hygiene.

It completely depends what are your requirements if you have to breastfeed and give it to the baby exclusively means you cannot feed the baby for longer duration then you should go for the electronic one if you have to express out once in a day then go for manual one
