Cough and cold medicine is given according to the requirement and examination so do not give any medicine without medical consultation. sometimes given without consultation coughing medicine can aggravate the problem. you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment Better to get child examined

U Can go for this home remedy when you can add some ginger juice too honey and you can give it to the child 2 to 3 times in a day that’s going to be the right home remedy to go for and for medicine if you just looking you can go for Darbar Honitus as of now you can give 1.5 MM to your child twice a day for three days
