For your milk production focus on home-made food, easy to digest you can eat small, frequent meals include protein in every meal drink 2.5 to 3 L in a day add iron and calcium rich food in your diet. Avoid junk food, oily food.
I will give you example of my routine diet
Whenever I wake up, I take one glass jeera water and 4 to 5 soaked almonds
After that for the breakfast, I go for the sometime vegetable Poha, Dalia, oats, and one glass of milk and I also take one fruit sometime, Apple banana, orange
At the lunch, I take to Chapati rice, Dal Dahi and salad
And at the evening, I take roasted Makhana and one cup of coffee
At the night for the dinner, I take Chapati and vegetable, and before I go to bed, I take one glass of ajwain jeera water cause it’s helpful digestion and the milk Production
That’s all about my diet, thank you

Mam you should take all the same food that you’ve been taking till now just make sure to add good protein into your diet good fluids in the diet as your breastfeeding mother you can also have Desi fats like like ghee and butter in moderation which is going to be very good and avoid eating anything which is very difficult for the child to digest like rajma and all for at least 40 to 60 days and avoid outside food for this much time
