A. hi mom give good variety of vegetables, fresh fruits green, red all colours of vegetables add nuts powder in milk also give good proteins in diet

A. Include beetroot and pomegranate every day twice in a day that is going to be good apart from that you should give green leafy vegetables more and more black rice jaggery Fox nuts broccoli these things are highly rich and iron content and of course you should go for an iron supplement as well
