ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, avoid giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods like cerelac as they contain sugar which is not healthy. it is better to give homemade food. for convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child any stage 1 cerelac for the child which should be safe and not a problem and also note that it is always good to give your child homemade cerelac rather than giving packed food as it is more healthy and nutritious than packed food
