Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. none. no medicine to be given teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers.
give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth

as per my knowledge ,it is homeopathic medicine
so, please don't self medicate your child
teething is natural process.
so,no need of extra medicines for this
please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs
offer calcium rich food like ragi,nuts, dairy products etc more.
provide apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
avoid giving RO water
maintain good hygiene
