Plz dont use anything for some time Bt still if u wanna use something use homemade malai or curd according to weather, Curd in summers malai in winters Or simply give milk bath to ur baby Nothing works better than these on heat rash nd plz dont use any product for some days Nd also try to dress loose

A. for heat rashes i suggest.. you can help your baby's heat rashes to get better by cooling heat skin with cold or wet flannels and tepid baths use calamine lotion aloe vera cream it will help to reduce heat..
