Sindhi Jenifer ImranMom of 3 children1 week agoA. Yes a 1 year old can have biscuits occasionally,but they should not be a daily snack.choose whole wheat or multiple grain biscuits that r low in sugar and salt &avoid cream filled or chocolate biscuits.
