Look the food that you are eating is the right food to be given from the age of nine months onwards for breakfast lunch and dinner and if you’re looking for different recipes to try your hands on and you can check the Baby meal banner section on the app and with milk I do advise you to give dry fruit powder and there is no supplement without doctors recommendation or requirement
