which ayurvedic cough syrup is best for toddlers with no side effects??? what immune strengthening medicine can i give to my 3.6 years old child as my child catches cold n cough too often ...kindly help..

To build immunity give your child lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric and rock sugar as turmeric has anti bacterial properties. Also you can give your child more of homemade chicken or vegetable soups and add ginger and lemon juice as they help fight cold too and are also nutritious.
