which amul milk to give 16 months old.. amul gold or amul taaza?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. use taaza Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Hello mam initially you should give the lighter version of the milk and once your child completes 1 1/2 years of age you can go for Amul gold also as a after one and a half years of age a child can easily digest Amul Gold milk. But Amul Gold which comes in the packet not the tetra Pak one as a tetra Pak one is extremely extremely heavy to digest.. So just go for the lighter version right now and later you can switch to Amul gold
