Whether Avent high quality soother can start to cause problems with the shape of the gums, roof of the mouth, and front teeth?

A. Thanks Shristi. Normally our elders say that don't put soother/ pacifiers as they cause damage to gums and even it may result shapeless teeth and upper lip also. kindly let me know if you are aware about the fact that the particular soother will not affect my 1 yr old baby
