Where is the red and white pimples on my 3 month old baby's anus? Why is this?

A. They are also diaper rashes caused by nappies.Coconut Oil. This is one of the best natural treatments available for diaper rash. Massage the diaper area with coconut oil gently to get rid of the rashes.
