Whenever my daughter eats a little more, her stomach swells up which subsides the next day. Is there any digestive problem?

This is more like bloating issues that your child is going through which is why your child has heavy stomach 10 child eats or over eats like your saying so you just have to make sure that your child and not eat much otherwise is bloating is actually not a very healthy thing for a child in the long run
