Whenever I give dal ( moong dal)to baby, next day she is having acute constipation.  No idea why so . any suggestions or remedies please

Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is getting a constipation after eating moong dal rice porridge as it’s a proteins and any proteins can cause a constipation

go slowly for food
Constipation is quite common in babys less than one year  of age 
No need to worry for this 
Give tummy times  frequently  in a day time 
Do massage everyday and specially tummy massage more. 
  breast Feed ur baby as per demand  
It will help 
Burp properly at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp 
Keep hydration well
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day 
If baby is feeling discomfort and crying inconsolably  then 
Need to do rectal stimulation, apply some drops of oil over rectal area 
It will help 
If it  doesn't help   then 
Need rectal glycerine  enema 
Or some laxative 
for which u need to visit once with pediatrician.  
and
Always better to give home made freshly prepared food items only

Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age

After 6months of age u can start with  dal rice water,

Moong dal puree

Rice kanji

Spinach and dal mash

Tomato soup

mashed fruit

Apple puree

Bloiled mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes

Add 1item every 3rd day

Give 2-3 serve in a day time

Continue breast feed as a main source of food till 9 months of age.
