when will the milk tooth start falling? what care should be taken while teething

ExpertDr Devanshi MehtaPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi Milk teeth start to fall off around 6-7 years of age. So there is still time for your baby to get permanent teeth. Brush twice a day using toothbrush and toothpaste in pea sized amount and clean the tongue too.
