when we give tummy time my baby raise his head for few seconds then he fell down.he didn't roll over.but turn back easily. what to do doctor?

A. it's normal complete head holding is attained by 6 months of age Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area
