when we can plan child before period or just after period

A. after your periods.. counting from first day of your cycle .. you can start mating between 12-18 day.. take folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly.. better consult your gynaecologist also for routine investigation

A. After your period, after a week you can plan. You ca' use many apps that is available these days you tot trafk you ovulation dates. Even in firstcry you can enter your lmp and calculate it every month to know it helps better take care.
