Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months. post six months you can start with solids and water and not before that. breast milk is sufficient to meet all nutritional requirements of baby till six months happy parenting
