till then exclusively breast feed baby on demand which is fulfilling both fluid and nutrient requirement of the baby

You can start giving solids and water only after baby turned six months old. Till the time you should continue with breast milk and if breast milk is not sufficient for baby then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else to your baby till baby turned six months old.
