ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, you can give egg to your baby once your baby is used to having plant based foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, cereal and pulses. give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it.

egg to be introduced once baby completes one year. once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food
