When should I start solids for my baby? And also, how frequent we have to feed baby with BM once solids are started? I need to start my work in couple of months when my baby turns 6months. Should I introduce formula? Please suggest.!

A. Hello dear parent, you should start s3mi solid diet to yourbaby after 6 months of age. Till then you should give breast milk or formula milk to your bahy. As that will help baby to digest food a little easier. Good luck and take care
