When my son peeing then black ants gather around. Is it normal?

Dr said that is a very normal scenario to be seen but just to be on the safer side I’m going to recommend you to conduct a urine test for your child you can go ahead with any urine test suggested by the doctor regular one or urine culture or anything that is going to clear the picture
