Hello ma’am Normally a good start to speak up to the age of 6 to 8 months so if your child is not speaking at all as of now then it could be delayed speech thing so I would advise you to start with the homoeopathic treatment once regarding the same and apart from that if you want to you can consult an ENT specialist or a speech therapist
