If you're concerned, meet with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician.

Your baby tends to have doubled his birth weight by the time he turns 4 to 5 months old. On average, your baby should gain about 400 to 500 gm weight per month.
As per the average baby weight chart, the weight gain of your baby during 6-12 months drops to 57 to 113 grams per week.
By the time your baby turns one-year-old, he tends to weight about 2 1/2 – 3 times his birth weight.
Do not worry about weight gain, if baby is active and achieving all milestone then do not worry about him being formula fed or breast fed.
