when my baby sleeps in craddle, his body becomes hot, when wakes up, after sometime body temperature starts decreasing,doesnot feel that hot on touch. but armpit temperature with thermometer says 99.5. is it fever or normal?

A. 99°F itself means fever and when you take under the arm it is meant to be added one more degree to it so it’s basically whatever the temperature is +1° so this is definitely fever but currently I’m just going to recommend you to check with your doctor and if they confirm then you give medicine accordingly
