when my baby boy was born he was 3.4 kg now he's 6 kg at 3.5 months is it ok how much should a child gain weight during month

A. baby ko 2 se 3 ghante me milk pilaye or use acche se sulaye baby ka acche se sona acchi nid bahut jaruri hota hai baby ka pet bhara hona chahiye

A. Ideally, infants should gain approximately 140-200 gms per week and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. Make sure to feed him fully and frequently I every 3-4 hours and it should also include 2 times night feed too. It is important to maintain a good feeding pattern so that it is easier for them to adjust later.
