NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello once you have initiated the return of the product then you will be able to receive the refund in the wallet of the firstcry once the product as been picked up for the return and then you can initiate the refund back to your source account or you may use the same during your next purchase from the wallet
