just continue with breast feeding.
gripe water is not recommended though it comes without alcohol now but it definitely has sugar..so even if it's effective it's not good for babies

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children6 years agoA. it's not mandatory to give Gripe water to the child it should be given only if doesn't contain alcohol in it if your child is having gas problem rather than giving Gripe water you should give medicine by Consulting your doctor
