when is a baby's immune system most vulnerable to infection

TrishaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Mother's milk has all essential nutrients that protects baby's from infections and builds up their immunity too.
If one is not able to bf then there's always an option of FM. I was suggested Aptamil by my doc as its components are closest to mother's milk. It builds a healthy gut system of the baby and boosts their immunity too.
