When is a baby's immune system most vulnerable to infection?

SaumyaMom of 3 children4 years agoA. A baby's immune system is very fragile upto 3 to 6 months so you must breastfeed and take proper care of what you eat because it gets passed on to your baby .. and if you're unable to breastfeed try to add fm Aptamil. it is closest to mother's milk.
