Q.
when i try to make apple puree for my baby after steaming it becoming sour. so she s not eating. help me to avoid sour taste.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear you can add a little amount of sugar , milk or breastmilk to the apple puree also choose the red variety which is having sweet flesh so makes relatively sweeter Puree can also give other seasonal fruits like banana papaya

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi parent , You may add little salt prior to cooking. However you can give the apple in raw form after peeling. Apple in raw form is very beneficial and in fact more beneficial than the same in cooked form..
