Q.

when I test pregnancy on 25 march it's positive and then the beta hcg is 440 but when my doctor scan on 27 sac not seen may I know why

A. you can repeat the sonography after one week again it may be delayed conception or you can go for a trans vaginal sonography If in case only abdominal sonography was done which is more accurate in early pregnancy

A. The gestational sac is the first structure seen in pregnancy by ultrasound as early as 4.5 to 5 weeks of gestational age, but it is only 97.6% specific for the diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy.
