Until the child turns 6 month of it is recommended to offer breastmilk or if the baby is not breastfeeding alternatives are formula milk. Nestum is again an alternative of solids by the time your child turns 6 month old you may offer the child home cooked nutritious meals minus salt and sugar till child turns 1. it is best to avoid processed food.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello you can start with nestum or any food only after your baby complete 6 months,till 6 month you should exclusively breastfeed your baby or alternatively you can be giving a baby infant formula milk and nothing else
