when I put my 4 and half months old baby on the tummy, she is acting like swimming. is it normal?

Yes yes your child is active and your child is actually doing this hand and feet movement which is completely fine the child is trying to explore but they said some kids can even move on their stomach which is completely fine so this is a normal behaviour
