when I give uritop syrup 3ml for my 7months baby suddenly she vomits a lot Is thos normal..?

You are saying that you have given 3ML of the medicine for a seven month child which is extremely high a child should only be having about 10 drops of medicine in this age you are giving overdose of medicines so obviously the child is bound to vomit because of the amount of medicine
