when I feed him after some time he poop with watery texture and froth but his poop is without any smell

If it is most of the times water only then it could be due to maybe the fact that your child is having its teeth because that can offer lead to lose motion otherwise your child would be suffering with the stomach infection since you are saying the motion is very much smelly so it’s better to be sure about it after getting a check with your doctor
