ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. avoid if you are having fever . just feed well. wear comfortable clothing. do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down. do not give medications without prescriptions. consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child.
