Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Babies legs looks bow shaped around 9-14 months and it will be normal by 18-24 months. But not all cases are same some might have bow shaped legs due to nutritional, vitamin deficiency , rickets. Proper immunization , vitamin D supplements ,sun exposure nutritional diet (protein, calcium, iron foods) can avoid bone issues, bow legs. As baby is 4 months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested from 6 month onwards start semi solids. Check with Paeditrician if baby still having bow legs after 1-1.5 years old.
