Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months. sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. there is no defined timeline for this it can happen at any time I would recommend that a please keep checking for symptoms neck swelling in the gums loose motions crankiness is there is any symptom then you can start giving calcium supplement
