Hi mommy Due date is calculated after knowing your LMP That is 9 month plus 7 days Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration To know due date if suppose it’s 1/4/2022 Then due date should be 8/1/2023
