When can we introduce solid foods to infants?

A. Hi you can start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,sapota ..You can start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

A. Hello ma’am Once the child completes the age of six months after that only you can introduce semisolid food to your child so you can start with rice Dal water for initial one or two day to just develop a test and porridge khichadi and all these light food you can start introducing to you as like curd match banana mashed potato and all these things
