when can we introduce cows milk for baby.. she is turned 1 year. planning to get covid vaccine for myself so reducing breastfeeding. alternativly where I should go for formula or cows milk... kindly suggest

This Definitely the right time for you to go for the vaccination as well as if you want to switch to animal milk then yes this is the right time again to switch to animal milk as well because It is always recommended that you should go for any kind of animal so yes this is the right age
