RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl6 days agoA. Can be given from the age of 10 months and chicken and fish from the age of 11 months can be given to the child an egg white from the age of 13 months can be given to the child so that’s how you can offer different varieties to the child from different age

MadhusriMom of a 8 m old boy6 days agoA. i learnt from a workshop that usually it's better to introduce the allergens a little earlier so the baby's gut adjusts. Egg is one of the usual allergens I heard.
as a thumb rule, give it for 3 days and observe if any allergies due to that.
