When can I start feeding solids to my baby

A. as per doctor after six months and. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods. You can start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
